Great MINDS is a project of Washington State Department of Health (DOH) in collaboration with the Washington Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. We believe that all children in Washington State should have access to high-quality, comprehensive, family-centered medical homes that include regular developmental screenings.
We will cover:
- Why use a screening tool?
- How do I integrate use of a screening tool into my practice?
- How do I bill for screening?
- Results, resources, and referrals.
Depression Screening Training
A free 90 minute training to support pediatric health care providers who can provide Adolescent and Maternal Depression Screenings in their practices.
We will cover:
- Adolescent and maternal depression and suicidality
- Screening process considerations
- Care steps you can recommend
- Engaging families in care
