GATHER Fall 2024 Cohort

Beginning this September, the latest GATHER cohort launches, focusing on improving health equity through 3, 1.5 hour peer conversation sessions with providers from across Washington State. Participants will learn to improve their practice of EDI using a quality improvement framework, self-assessment, and peer discussion. CME and MOC Part 4 is available.
Two cohorts will be available: midday on Thursdays or evenings on Mondays.
- From 12:30-2pm PST on Thursdays: 9/26, 10/24, and 11/21
- From 6-7:30pm PST on Mondays: 9/23, 10/21, and 11/18
