We will discuss resources and community infrastructure to support early childhood wellness and caregiver success. In addition, our new Help Me Grow Skagit Family Resource Navigator will provide information about local Skagit resources available for families in our area.
· Reflect on your current mindset about foundational relationships that are essential for promotion and prevention activities for population-based efforts in child health care and early childhood communities.
· Expand your knowledge of evidence-based practices that advance early relational health in child health care transformation and place-based, early childhood system building.
· Appropriately refer patients and families to community resources that support holistic wellness and health in children.
