WCAAP’s work can’t happen without the support of our members. Your generous gifts of time and expertise fuel our work on behalf of Washington’s kids, families and pediatric providers. And thanks to your financial support on Giving Tuesday (December 3rd) we can continue to make a meaningful impact on child health in our state! We are grateful!
WCAAP has only been a 501c(3) organization for less than a year, but you are already demonstrating your belief in our mission. Thanks in large part to a matching fund established by Drs. Ed Marcuse, Don Shifrin, Jon Almquist, Beth Harvey, Chris Olson and Michael Donlan to encourage senior members to donate an amount equal to or above annual dues ($190), we were able to raise more than $4000 on Giving Tuesday. Thank you to all who were able to give.
Membership dues are the cornerstone of our chapter’s financial strength, but they cover only half of our core operations. We are building a diversified structure that includes philanthropic grants and public contracts, corporate support (from organizations we are aligned with) and individual contributions. If you were not able to make a donation on Giving Tuesday, you can donate any day of the year on our website. Every donation bolsters our ability to lead Washington’s pediatric health care community, address health inequities in our state, to be responsive to you – our members – and to advance pediatric care in Washington for ALL kids.
