The Washington Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Pediatric Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative are bringing leaders and clinicians at the forefront of value-based care in pediatrics together for a day-long forum with a strong emphasis on behavioral health integration and addressing social determinants of health.
