BH Toolbox: The Behavioral Health Toolbox for Families is a resource for families, parents, caregivers, and educators that helps them understand the behavioral health impacts of COVID-19 and what they can do to help. The toolbox provides an overview of the emotional impacts caused by disasters, covers symptoms and interventions by age group, provides tips and recommendations, and outlines how to practice self-care for parents and caregivers. It also has an appendix dedicated to providing tips for families of children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder. It is a simple and practical resource designed to help families, parents, caregivers, and educators navigate the behavioral health challenges of COVID-19.
