Vaccine Clinic Support for South King County

Ariana Salaiz
Program Manager, WCAAP

This year, clinics in South King County can make it easy for families to get influenza vaccinations or catch up on missed vaccinations by holding a pop-up or drive-through vaccine clinic. Many kids have gotten behind on needed vaccines during the pandemic and this is an easy way to catch them up!

Resources are available to help South King County pediatric clinics hold these drive-through or pop-up flu and catch-up vaccine clinics. WCAAP, Public Health Seattle & King County, and Amerigroup Washington will provide funding and tools to increase vaccination rates.

In October and November we will provide:

  • Family-facing resources (available in Spanish and English)
  • Financial support for clinics’ time and costs mailing to families
  • Connection to additional funding added vaccine capacity through Amerigroup
  • Social media campaign to increase awareness

If you are interested in obtaining flyer templates or would like more information about this opportunity please contact Ariana Salaiz at asalaiz@wcaap.org.
