WCAAP has been working hard to ensure pediatric health is represented in media coverage of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on children and adolescents. Framing and leading public discussion and raising awareness about child health issues is an area of opportunity for WCAAP. Communications manager Jennifer Donahue is coordinating a media training session for WCAAP members who want to learn more about working with the media, handling interviews, and more.
